The 2018 Copa CONMEBOL Libertadores is the 59th edition of the CONMEBOL Libertadores (also referred to as the Copa Libertadores), South America's premier club football tournament organized by CONMEBOL.

The winners of the 2018 Copa Libertadores will qualify for the 2018 FIFA Club World Cup in the UAE, and also earn the right to play against the winners of the 2018 Copa Sudamericana in the 2019 Recopa Sudamericana.

The CONMEBOL Libertadores 2018 will distribute the Prize Money-Purse  $4,900,000 more than the 2017 edition.





Phase one: $250,000.
(Team eliminated plus: $50,000)


Phase two: $400,000.
(Equipment eliminated plus: $100,000.)


Phase three: $400,000.-
(Equipment removed plus: $100,000)


Group phase: $600,000.- per local match

Last 8-Eighth: $750,000.-

Quarterfinals: $950,000.-

Semifinal: $1,350,000.- ($1,250,000 in 2017)

Runner-up: $3,000,000.- ($1,500,000 in 2017)

Champion-Winner: $6,000,000.- ($3,000,000 in 2017)

In the 2017 edition, the total of prize money were awarded among all participating clubs was $98,950,000.-
In the 2018 edition, the total amount of prizes to be awarded reaches $103,850,000.
